INTERNATIONAL PRESIDING BISHOP BISHOP DR. OMROY MILLER
Bishop Dr. Omroy V. Miller (D.Th) is a University and Bible school graduate. His initial training was in Social work, specialising in mental health and children and families. He later did his Masters in social work and counselling. As a qualified Counsellor, Bishop Dr Omroy V Miller has established Millers Counselling and Training Services, Freedom For You and Millers School of Ministry. He has served in pastoral ministry in different locations and churches, for 27 years and is a church planter.
Bishop Dr Omroy V Miller is the founder and International Presiding Bishop for Sozo Ministries International. He is a member of the International Council of Pentecostal Bishops, Dean of Academics for MTOBIS (Mount Olive Bible Institute and Seminary) whose headquarters are in Canada, member and representative of the International Church Board for RFMI (Redemption Faith Ministries International) and joint chair of the UK National Board for RFMI UK. Bishop Dr Omroy Miller is also a United Nations Ambassador At Large Chaplain.
Bishop Dr. Omroy V. Miller has proven himself to be a faithful servant who is passionate about serving God and seeing the fruit of God’s Kingdom on earth, while preparing for eternity. His ministry focus is “Freedom for You” meaning that true life in Christ will bring freedom from the painful and disabling shackles of sin and its burdens, resulting in physical, spiritual, and emotional freedom. He desires to see the members of the Body of Christ experience complete freedom in every area of their lives.
His ministry involves Preaching, Teaching, the Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance and his aspirations for the future is to see more of God’s power displayed – as in Acts 2, where signs and wonders were the “norm and not the exception”
He is a godly, honourable and humble man, who is fully committed to the work of the Lord.
Bishop Dr Omroy Miller is married to Rev Dr Lurliene Miller for 33 years and together they have 3 adult children: 1 daughter and 2 sons.
SENIOR PASTOR REV DR. LURLIENE MILLER
Rev. Dr Lurliene Miller (D.Th) is co founder and co-pastor of Sozo House of Praise and Sozo Ministries International.
Both herself and Bishop Miller are University and Bible School graduates and have served in pastoral ministry in different locations and churches, for 27 years.
She is the founder of an international women’s organization called 4 Women 2 Women (4W2W). Its primary focus is that of investing in women by empowering, supporting and training; organizing practical workshops and conferences dealing with life issues and working with other organizations to help individuals and families in crisis.
Dr Miller is the co-founder of WIW (Women Inspiring Women) and MIM (Men Inspiring Men). As a one-year personal development programme, the focus of MIM & WIW is to empower men and women to move into God’s particular call for their lives. Dr Miller’s ministry target is emotional healing, restoration, personal development and leadership. Her ministry motto is: Helping Other People Excel [HOPE].
She has a background in education and training, and specialises in leadership & management, counselling & counsellor training, project management and designing training programmes. Dr Miller is an itinerant speaker and has worked with UNESCO and other international organisations.
Dr Miller is the UK Director of Programmes (up to Doctoral level) with Mount Olive Bible Institute and Seminary (MTOBIS) and is a Chaplain at Large.
